Job Description

Digital agency looking for a Senior Project Manager who can lead complex work from discovery through delivery. You’ll keep timelines, budgets, and scope on track across a diverse portfolio of clients. You also have experience writing SOWs and managing budgets. You can partner with clients and collaborate with creative, finance, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from discovery through delivery, keeping timelines, budgets, and deliverables on track
• Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, and resourcing
• Partner with the creative team to staff projects from concept to delivery, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet deadlines and deliver quality work. You will own creative resourcing from placement through delivery, tracking burn across the creative team, and adjusting as needs shift
• Manage external vendor and freelance relationships to supplement internal capabilities as needed
• Work with finance to build accurate budgets and protect project scope and profitability
• Refine project frameworks, processes, and tools to improve efficiency
• Build long-term client relationships and support senior leadership on SOWs, change orders, and scope changes
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and track KPIs tied to client goals

Experience

• 5-8 years in a digital or integrated agency (Experience within an agency required)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients at once
• Strong project estimation skills
• 2+ years writing scopes of work, contracts and managing budgets
• Experience with Workfront
