Location: Boston ,MA or Springfield, MA(Hybrid) Responsibilities include: Manages direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns for the Customer Relationship Management digital marketing team, primarily via email, direct mail, mobile, and SMS. Creates testing plans and prioritizes the most significant opportunities and efficiencies across campaigns. Analyzes campaign results and provides actionable recommendations, optimizing marketing campaigns and workflows based on performance. Works cross-functionally with various teams including Distribution Marketing Partners, internal Creative teams, Marketing Data & Analytics, Martech, and various development teams to activate, maintain, and innovate campaign activations and technical processes. Develops marketing campaigns in accordance with email best practices and CRM team SOPs to ensure alignment with project objectives, accurate tracking and reporting of performance, and proper functioning of all response channels.
