From gorgeous, wood-beam bed frames to plush, hand-dyed blankets, each of our 142 rooms and suites embraces Vermont's signature style.One of the most beloved resorts in New England, The Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking a Bell Person to join the team!Job Summary:The responsibility of the Bell Person is to enhance the guest experience by delivering personalized, attentive service and ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and assisted during their stay.Job Specifications:Expected Pay Range: starting $16.00 per hour plus tips.Shift & Schedule Availability: Full time year-round8:00am-4:00pm or 3:00pm-11:00pm, will include weekends and holidaysJob Responsibilities:Greet guests with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude upon arrival and departure.Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage safely and efficiently.Park cars for guests as needed and drive shuttle to pick up or drop off guests at other Resort outlets.Deliver items such as packages, amenities, or guest requests to guestrooms.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hotel entrance, lobby, and bell storage areas.Job Requirements:Positive attitude and attention to detail.Minimum of 21 years of ageMust possess a valid drivers' license & clean driving record.Lift and pull 100+ pounds with aid of luggage cart.Previous hospitality experience.Must be able to stand for long periods of time.Must be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicle with proficiency.Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.We offer great resort privileges, discounts, and free employee meal to all employees.This is a full-time position and eligible after an initial waiting period for a competitive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage, Employer Paid: Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability, Paid Time Off, 401k Retirement Plan with Employer match.Our success is the direct result of dynamic, dedicated people with a passion for hospitality who enjoy being part of a devoted, hard-working team.
